(54) INSTALLATION FOR ORGANIC WASTE TREATMENT
The chamber, on the side facing the upper end of the treatment tank, has a removable door, on which is mounted a means for loading waste,
The blower pipe of the fan is connected to the waste heating device. A part of the treatment tank with roller bearings and a drive mechanism are placed outside the chamber, while an elastic extension is installed between the walls of the treatment tank and the chamber.
The waste heating device has the form of a cylinder with fenced-shaped partitions fixed inside it, while the cylinder face facing the smaller bases and the cones is perforated, and there is an opening for supplying exhaust gases to its opposite end.
The treatment tank is provided with at least one heat exchanger, vypolienn # 1 in the form of a tube, fixed across the said tank directly at the waste heating device, which is located at a right angle to the openings of the said tube.
FIG. 1 shows schematically an installation for processing organic waste; a general view (a device for heating waste is located at the end of a treatment vessel); FIG. 2 is the same when placing the device for heating waste to the side of the treatment tank; 3, a waste heating device, longitudinal section; in fig. 4 shows the configuration of heating tubes / Enniki tubes and their location relative to a device for heating waste.
The installation includes a tank 1 for processing with blades 2 fixed on its inner surface along a helical line with a rupture or without it, inclined mounted on roller bearings 3 and connected to a reversing drive mechanism 4 by means of a gear 5. The tank 1 has the shape of two truncated cones connected by a cylindrical shell with large bases, and placed inside the chamber 6 with insulating walls consisting of a steel frame filled with asbestos fiber. The installation is equipped with a device 7 for heating waste, located outside the lower end 8 of the treatment tank and having the form of a cylinder 9 with partitioned 10 walls fixed to it, having the shape of truncated cones, while the end face 11 of the cylinder 9 facing the Smaller bases and cones is made perforated, and in the wall at its opposite end 12 there is
exhaust port 13. The openings of the bulkheads 10 are reduced towards the end 11, and the bulkheads function as an exhaust gas mixer with a flame coming from a nozzle 14 enclosed in a channel 15 for supplying oxidizing air formed from a heat-resistant material.
At the upper end 16 of the treatment vessel, means 17 for loading waste and means 18 for unloading the finished product are installed. The chamber 6, on the side facing the upper mountaineer 16 of the container 1, has a removable doublet 19, and the means 17 for loading waste is mounted on it. A ventilator 21 guides the exhaust gases from the tank 1 to the waste heating device 7 with a tank 20 for processing via conduit 20.
The upper end 16 of the treatment vessel is made removable with a coaxial through channel 22, and the end of the pipeline 20 is installed freely in the channel 22, and its section located inside the chamber 6 is made flexible. To remove hot gases from chamber b, a pipe 23 serves. To improve the heat exchange outside the treatment vessel, circular ribs 24 are fixed.
In order to reduce thermal stresses, the drive mechanism 4 and the processing tank part 25 with roller supports 26 are placed outside chamber b (Fig. 2), and in this case, an elastic seal 27 is installed between the walls of the tank and the chamber. waste heat is placed on the side of the tank1. The treatment tank is provided with heat exchangers 28 and 29, made in the form of straight tubes, crossing the tank in transverse directions and fixed directly to the device 7 for heating waste at a right angle to the openings of the heat exchanger tubes. The latter can be made in the form of curved tubes 30 and 31 (figure 4, located in the same plane transverse to the tank 1, which significantly accelerates the heat exchange between the chamber and the tank for treatment.
